Know2Protect is a national public awareness campaign sponsored by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security to raise awareness about the rapidly escalating threat of online child sexual exploitation and abuse. Know2Protect educates kids, parents, trusted adults, policymakers, and the broader public about online threats and empower them to help keep kids safe online. Know2Protect explains how to report victimization and offer resources for victims and survivors of online child sexual exploitation. Know2Protect's website, know2protect.gov, is the go-to federal clearinghouse to educate the public about online child sexual abuse.
