Child Forensic Interviewer Federal Bureau of Investigation
This presentation will explain the live-stream sexual exploitation of children problem, referred to as "Webcam Child Sex Tourism." Investigative issues and best practices for these cases will be discussed, to include those related to the child forensic interview of foreign victims. This workshop will include the presentation of the FBI live-stream case, U.S. v. Carey Sackmann, which involved an FBI online undercover investigation from the United States that resulted in the arrest of multiple facilitators in the Philippines and Madagascar, as well as the rescue of several minor victims in those countries.
