This presentation is meant to help service providers of all types gain an increased understanding of complex PTSD in victims of commercial sexual exploitation with a focus on populations who have been historically overlooked and underserved in this space. The three primary populations discussed are male-identifying youth, neurodivergent youth, and LGBTQ+ youth. Case studies will be addressed throughout the lecture to ensure a direct tie in of the concepts to real world experiences.
