Operation Lurker, an HSI Phoenix led undercover investigation, began with a referral for a DOD Contractor with top-secret clearance and has now become one of the largest child exploitation investigations worldwide. To date, this operation has resulted in over fifty arrests and rescue of five children from further sexual abuse.
