This workshop, designed for sex offender registry personnel and law enforcement, will provide an opportunity to learn about the U.S. Marshals Service and its enforcement of International Megan's Law (IML). The workshop will detail the intricacies of IML and how this 2016 federal legislation is reducing acts of child sex tourism across the world. Additionally, the capabilities of the National Sex Offender Targeting Center (NSOTC), as well as the impactful resources the center offers to law enforcement, will be highlighted for attendees.

Identify the three elements of an 18 USC 2250(b) Failure to Notify of International Travel by a Registered Sex Offender violation
