This presentation will cover the basics of successful investigation and prosecution of child sexual abuse material cases, from detection through trial. The presenters will cover how law enforcement agencies initiate their investigation, offender identification, on-scene investigation, and evidence processing. The presentation will also detail how to prepare, enhance, and effectively present technological evidence at trial. Investigators and prosecutors will gain insight into how a well-rounded approach to the investigation and presentation of technological evidence can amplify our ability to seek justice for the victims of these horrific offenses.
