Social service practices are grounded in ethical decision-making to ensure the best interests of clients remain at the forefront of our work. Ethical decision-making as well as boundaries in therapeutic relationships vary due to the diversity of clients being served. This workshop will help professionals examine boundary setting, self-disclosure, and current ethical practices through the lens of cultural, developmental and diagnostic issues.
