This two-part presentation will provide prosecutors tips on how to effectively triage their child sexual abuse cases and also present those cases at trial. The first part will provide prosecutors a step by step process to triage cases, will help prosecutors identify weaknesses in their case and devise strategies to strengthen them. The second part will focus on presenting these cases at trial with a focus on storytelling. Prosecutors will also learn case presentation strategies and advocacy techniques to successfully present their cases at trial.
