Internet social networking and high technology have fundamentally changed human behavior and criminal tradecraft. To protect minors and adults, we must understand the social networking revolution to formulate effective reactions. This includes a continuing effort to examine how impact offenders use high technology, Dark Markets, and social networking tools as part of their criminal tradecraft targeting minors. This presentation will help attendees differentiate sex offenders based on their tradecraft to promote more accurate danger assessments for targeting purposes, including present mass conspiracy scenarios.
