Harrisonburg Police Department
Greg Miller works as a Detective with the Harrisonburg Police Department, where he has served in numerous roles since 1999. Throughout his career, Greg has focused on sex crimes cases, with a specialization in child sex cases and child pornography/solicitation cases. He works closely with Rockingham/Harrisonburg’s Child Advocacy Center and Multi-Disciplinary Team and is a member of the NOVA/DC ICAC Task Force. Greg is also actively involved with his department’s Crisis Negotiation Team, is an instructor with both the Crisis Intervention Team and Mental Health First-Aid, and is a team leader for his department’s Peer Support Team. He also serves on the faculty of the Commonwealth’s Attorneys’ Services Council’s statewide child abuse and exploitation conference “Sound of Silence.”
