Jonathan Walden

Detective Sergeant
Michigan State Police - Special Investigation Section

Jonathan Walden is a Detective Sergeant and has been employed with the Michigan State Police since 2013. He is assigned to the Second District Special Investigation Section where is an active member of the Metro North Post Detective Bureau and the Trafficking and Abduction Group (TAG) where a majority of his caseload involves investigating sex crimes, human trafficking, violent crimes against children, and child pornography cases. In addition, he is responsible for investigating homicides, police shootings, and other complex criminal investigations around Metro Detroit. Jonathan earned his bachelor's degree in criminal justice/psychology from Spring Arbor University and an MBA in Leadership from Cleary University.
