Edward Chase

Chief Assistant District Attorney
DeKalb County District Attorney's Office

Edward Chase is the Director of Special Victims Unit for the DeKalb County District Attorney’s Office. Prior to that role, Eddie was a Senior Attorney with the Association of Prosecuting Attorneys’ Child Abuse Prosecution Project, based out of Washington, D.C., where he facilitated child abuse training and technical assistance at the state and national level. He is a former Chief Senior Assistant District Attorney with Fulton County District Attorney’s Office in the Crimes Against Women and Children Unit. He currently serves as the co-chair for the Georgia Statewide Child Abuse Expert Committee, is a member of the National Advisory Committee for Child Abuse, and routinely serves as faculty for the National Children’s Advocacy Center, Prosecuting Attorneys' Council of Georgia, and Georgia’s Child First program.
