Joe Sullivan is a registered Forensic Psychologist. He has assisted law enforcement worldwide on investigations into sexual crimes against children and has developed a specialist interview methodology to assist law enforcement to generate customized interview strategies for suspected sex offenders. Since moving to Forensic Solutions in 2018, Dr. Sullivan provides safeguarding training and consultancy to a range of NGOs, social work, education and law enforcement organizations. Most recently these have included the Child and Family Agency (The State Agency, Ireland), National Crime Agency (UK), The UK Counter Terrorism Command, Metropolitan Police, Seattle Police Department, Texas Department of Public Safety. His project work also includes collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of medical, legal, education, social work, professionals in raising awareness of organizational safety.
