Karen Ryndak is a Special Agent currently assigned to the Federal Bureau of Investigation's Child Exploitation Operational Unit (CEOU), a unit specializing in investigations targeting the disruption and dismantlement of enterprises, forums, networks and platforms dedicated to the sexual exploitation of children, as well as the collaboration and international coordination of extraterritorial offenses. She was the FBI's lead case Agent for the financial sextortion threat tracing to international actors. Karen coordinated the FBI's response to this threat, resulting in operational activity in Nigeria in collaboration with multiple international law enforcement agencies. She is currently assigned to CEOU's Darknet Squad.
