Marisha DeVore has been working at Dallas Children’s Advocacy since August of 2018. In 2017, she moved to Dallas to intern at DCAC during her final year of undergrad studying Family and Human Development at Arizona State University. During her year of internship under the Family Advocacy program, Marisha implemented engagement groups for siblings of clients and through her passion for child development and serving families, the role of Children’s Programming Advocate was created. She has spent the past 6 years developing DCAC’s Children’s Program with her team and growing the Family Advocate Internship program. Marisha has recently been promoted to Assistant Director of Support Services where she will continue to provide and supervise FA services with her servant’s heart.
