Kim Duchamp serves as Special Counsel with the Human Trafficking Institute (HTI) and facilitates its domestic training program to train law enforcement, prosecutors, and key stakeholders on how to identify the signs of human trafficking, as well as how to successfully investigate and prosecute human trafficking cases. Kim made significant contributions in the areas of human trafficking, online exploitation, and child abuse while proudly working as a Texas prosecutor for more than a decade and led multi-disciplinary teams to foster the collaborative partnerships needed to provide essential support and services to human trafficking survivors and their families. Kim has her Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Lamar University, and her Juris Doctorate from Texas Tech University School of Law.
