Evan Nicholas

US Law Enforcement Outreach Lead
TikTok

Evan Nicholas is TikTok's U.S. Law Enforcement Outreach Lead and serves as the point of contact for all U.S. law enforcement. Prior to joining TikTok, Evan was in federal law enforcement for twenty-five years as a Special Agent with the U.S. Secret Service (2 years) and as an FBI Agent (23 years). Throughout Evan's career, he specialized in working Crimes against Children investigations. Evan served as a Supervisory Special Agent in the FBI HQ Crimes Against Children Unit and was a member of the FBI’s Child Abduction Rapid Deployment Team (CARD). He has also been detailed to NCMEC. Before coming to TikTok, Evan was assigned to the National Domestic Communications Assistance Center (NDCAC) where he headed the Law Enforcement Liaison and Industry Outreach programs.
