Isaac Cohen is Special Agent with Homeland Security Investigations assigned to the Cyber Crimes Group in Phoenix, AZ. In the nearly five years he has been investigating CSAM cases, he has been involved in several types of cases - from one-off cases involving CSAM possession to a foreign fugitive case. Currently Isaac is involved in a multi-jurisdiction/multi-national investigation concerning the Viber platform, teaching other agents and officers how to exploit the Viber platform to maximize CSAM investigations.
