Suzanne Dakil

Medical Director- REACH/ Assistant Professor
Children's Health/ UT Southwestern

Suzanne Dakil, MD is a board-certified Pediatrician and Child Abuse Pediatrician in Dallas, Texas. She is an Assistant Professor at the University of Texas Southwestern and the Medical Director of the REACH (Referral and Evaluation of At-Risk Children) program at Children’s Health. The REACH program provides assessments for all aspects of maltreatment. She completed her pediatrics training and fellowship at UT Southwestern and Children’s in Dallas. After a brief stint at the Advocate Health System in Chicago, she has been living and working in Dallas since 2015. With 15 years of experience, she has seen all types of injuries and worked with CPS and law enforcement throughout North Texas. She has devoted her career to the identification and care of abused and neglected children.
