Keven McCown is an experienced law enforcement professional with 23 years of service. In his career, he has over 10 years of investigative experience, working property crimes, burglary, and crimes against persons. He imparts crucial skills in areas such as effective interviewing, drafting search and arrest warrants, and navigating the intricacies of filing cases with the District Attorney’s Office. In 2021, Sergeant McCown was challenged with creating Irving’s first Crimes Against Children Unit. His team of six detectives investigate over 500 child cases a year in Dallas County.
