Lauren Scott is a FBI Special Agent and was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and graduated from the University of Texas San Antonio with an Kinesiology/Exercise Science Degree. She worked in the medical field for several years, working at and then running a clinic. She was then recruited to teach High School Science at a Charter School. She then pursued her dream of becoming an FBI Agent. Lauren attended Quantico in 2020 and was transferred to the Pittsburgh Field Office in Spring of 2021. She currently specializes in investigating Violent Crimes Against Children matters, and has also worked Violent Crimes and Domestic Violence cases. She was the Case Agent on the morphed CSAM case U.S. vs James Smelko.
