The discussion will include a description of how offenders are utilizing AI and morphing technologies to offend, investigative techniques to uncover the CSAM, and a discussion of applicable federal statutes investigators and prosecutors may use when making charging decisions. Finally, the presentation will include a discussion of trial considerations utilizing real-world examples, best practices, and some common pitfalls to avoid.
