Artificial Intelligence is presenting new challenges for law enforcement, particularly when it comes to crimes against children. This workshop will look at current and future challenges including the use of AI tools for victim identification as well as potential criminal uses of this technology. A variety of AI technologies will be discussed from chat/human interaction to generative AI used to create images, video and audio. Given the rapidly changing space, this presentation will be constantly updated and should present the latest issues.

Develop techniques and practices for identifying digital media created by Generative AI systems
Understand and deploy prompting AI systems to generate images and how prompts can be used by offenders
Develop techniques and practices for sanitizing images for victim identification or missing children cases using Generative AI tools
